Initial Assessment

We’ll take the time to  understand your objectives, priorities, and budget. During this session, we’ll evaluate how your goals can be achieved in the current market.

 

This no-obligation session ensures we’re the right fit for one another. Once we formalise the engagement and you've paid a small engagement fee, we'll get straight to work.

Strategy Session

We’ll work closely with you to outline property requirements, identify your non-negotiables, outline your nice-to-haves and develop a detailed brief and develop a clear, tailored strategy which defines the next steps in your property search.

Property Sourcing & Assessment

We’ll source and inspect suitable properties on your behalf, including off-market and pre-market opportunities, providing an initial assessment and a price estimate. After presenting our findings, we’ll arrange inspections and workshop options.

 

Once you’ve made your selection, we’ll conduct a deeper assessment, coordinate legal due diligence and building inspections, and liaise with the selling agents to ensure a seamless process.

Purchase

Execute tailored purchase strategies based on market feedback, the level of interest in the property, and your individual goals. From there, we’ll either enter negotiations or represent you at auction, ensuring your interests are expertly managed, your position is strong, and every decision is made with clarity and confidence.

Settlement Support

Comprehensive assistance throughout the settlement process. This includes arranging a detailed condition report on the day of sale, coordinating inspections by tradespeople, interior designers, or architects prior to settlement, and facilitating the final pre-settlement inspection to ensure all aspects are in order.

If you feel unsatisfied before finding a home, we will end the agreement right then and there .
