With demand high for resources like iron ore and coal — as well as minerals like lithium, nickel, and rare earth elements, essential for renewable energy technologies, from solar panels to electric vehicles.

Capitalising on this dual purpose — supporting both immediate economic needs and the transition to sustainable energy — mining remains indispensable, driving not only recovery but also the shift to a low-carbon future.



Fuddy-Duddy approval processes

The hurdles faced by housing developers in Australia go beyond high-level complaints; they reflect genuine structural inefficiencies within the planning and approval processes.
